After finish the Master Plan project in2010, Bangkok Patana International School continue the consecutive project: “Post Master plan Project” for the objective approach to improve the learning environment and facility. 

EEC Lincolne Scott were appointed as the engineering design consultant covering Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Protection, and Civil and Structural engineering for Post Master Plan project that including 4 construction phases of the new building and renovated area Bangkok Patana International School campus located in Bangkok, Thailand. The project total approximated area is 17,000 m²

4 Construction phases of development are consist of 14 sub-project including : New 5,500 m ² of the Science Building  and 11,500 renovated area: Sport complex ,Front Hard Court ENG/MFL ,Y1 and Y2 ,Primary Hall, HUM and Admin Building.  

1st Phase was started in 2012 and plan to be finished all area at the end of 2016. 

Not only work as MEP engineering consultant, EEC Lincolne Scott also offer the C&S engineering consultant service for all related area.

The above and underground structures for both post tension and steel structure system are introduced as the new or extended structures for quick construction process.

The substructures are proposed to be cast-in-place concrete structures for economic budget and long-term durability. Civil works are conventional concrete pipe and pavement.
